Payment

Payment for products purchased on the Hroomroom online store is made as follows:

  1. By Visa or MasterCard directly on the website.
  2. Via bank transfer to the current account according to the IBAN details provided in the issued invoice and in accordance with the placed order. This can be done through your bank's app, a self-service terminal, or at your bank's branch.
  3. Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta office. In this case, an additional commission of 2% of the order value + 20 UAH is paid.
  4. For orders over UAH 1,500, delivery is free in Ukraine

The services of the courier company - delivery of the product and return shipping of money for orders with cash on delivery, are paid by the buyer.

Additionally, the buyer pays 0.5% of the declared value of the order as insurance in case of loss of the shipment or its damage during shipping.
